Delegate Your Responsibility to Us
As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we will agree in writing to act as an “investment manager” as defined by ERISA §3(38). As a result, you are able to delegate your responsibility for selecting and monitoring your plan’s menu of investment options to us. We construct an Investment Policy Statement that establishes guidelines and procedures to protect you against fiduciary liability.
Steele Managed Strategies
Since many retirement plan participants do not want to select and manage their own investments, we offer five managed strategies, ranging from Conservative to Aggressive. These strategies are monitored, managed and rebalanced by our investment specialists.

We believe you cannot have a successful retirement plan without strong employee education. Our team is committed to providing your employees with the tools and education necessary to successfully prepare for retirement.
