Justin Schultz joined Steele as a full-time Associate Financial Advisor in December 2025. In his role, Justin works closely with clients to develop personalized plans tailored to their long-term goals. With a planning-first mentality, he helps provide clarity and peace of mind across all areas of their financial lives. His favorite part of the job is seeing clients reach the milestones they’ve worked so hard to achieve.
Justin earned his degree in Finance from Loras College, where he also completed a minor in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.
Outside of the office, Justin and his wife stay busy raising their two young children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
