Chris Boxleiter, Director of Company Sponsored Retirement Plans and minority owner, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and has over 15 years of experience in the retirement industry.
Chris leads the firm in providing comprehensive investment advisory and fiduciary services for retirement plan sponsors, trustees, and businesses.
Chris strongly believes in educating the plan sponsor, trustees, and businesses on their fiduciary responsibility as well as the investment options that Steele recommends for their participants. He also thinks it is critical to educate plan participants so that they can maximize their retirement benefits.
Chris is a member and works closely with Steele’s investment committee and the plan’s third-party administrator (TPA) to take some of the work off the plan sponsor. Chris serves as a trusted advisor to guide the investment strategies for the retirement plan. He also works with the plan’s TPA to provide support to plan sponsors as well as participants.
Chris graduated from Clarke University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in finance. Chris also golfed on Clarke’s golf team while earning his degree.
Personally, Chris and his wife have four very active children. When Chris is not keeping up with his children, he can be found on a golf course or at a golf simulator.
